Velar of The Seas 2D1N Cruise: Ha Long Bay & Lan Ha Bay

This was one of the best experiences we had. Right from pickup to drop everything was so professional. The ambience and beauty of the ship was amazing. The rooms were so spacious and comfy. The food was the best we have had on our trip. The staff were very sweet and hard working. Overall we are so happy, we chose velar of the seas and we will continue to do the same during our next visit to Vietnam

We had a really great time on our Cruise. Special Thanks to Dolphin who was managing things from the backend with regards to proactively reaching out for room upgrade, arranging seamless hotel transfers and a special mention to her for making the arrangements for our Honeymoon suite. clubbed with that Tommy onboard was of incredible help as well and the atmosphere on the cruise was really Peaceful something which we were looking for.

This is really an enjoyable trip. All the staffs are friendly, especially James. The room is clean. We celebrated our wedding anniversary there and they give us a surprise. Highly recommended to take Velar of the Seas.

This tour route is new and has a lot of potential. best fit for tourists who just want to relax and enjoy the view compared to other route with entertainment and few cave stops. The room is exceptional! could've improve the menu and activity inside the boat. but we love the bamboo boat ride! Thank you!

We had a fantastic experience on the cruise, with everything being well-organized and seamless. The pickup and drop-off service from our hotel was excellent and went smoothly, adding to the overall convenience. The staff were attentive and ensured all our needs were met throughout the trip. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. One thoughtful touch was how they inquired about food allergies beforehand and arranged meals accordingly, which was impressive. The activities, including kayaking and bamboo boat rides, were enjoyable, and the views from the cruise were stunning. However, one observation was that the itinerary mentioned kayaking as part of the morning session on the second day, but this activity, along with the bamboo boat ride, was actually scheduled on the first day. The second morning was reserved for sightseeing. Overall, it was a delightful and memorable experience, and we are grateful for such excellent service!

Before departure, both customer service and the driver notified us of the time and license plate number in advance, which was very reassuring. The staff were kind and attentive, and the food was exquisite and delicious. We were very happy to complete this wonderful journey on a beautiful and comfortable cruise ship.

Very nice experience spending a night on the cruise boat amid the small islands. Just like what you saw in the movies. Logistics are well managed, rooms are clean and crews are helpful. Many activities arranged, but few would like to swim in the sea given its water quality.

Very good service, great buffet food varieties. Service staff Tommy is very friendly. Great communication and instructions from Vinni to all guests. Hope to have more activities in the evening and additional cave tours.
