Good flat bed and blanket (not sure how clean the blanket is but better than nothing!). Exchange ur voucher with printed ticket at the ticketing counter. Bring your earphone/plugs - u might need to share this ride with noisy/inconsiderate tourists that snack and talk non-stop through out the journey. Great value for money. Enjoy haggling with tuktuk drivers the moment u arrived at ur destination!

we had a good sleep in the bus. the bus has pillows and blanket to keep us warm for the whole trip.

Bus is a sleeper's bus. Time may not be exact since the bus is departing from another city/place and the address is just a stop.

We wsited at the hotel for over one hour and a half and the bus never appeared. We kept calling the contact number of the company which was written on the ticket and they never replied. In the end we had to take a different bus in the morning and almost missed our flight. We demand a refund of our money immediately.

just okay. we stucked at 3 hours in the road because of flat tire.

We were picked up from our hotel on time however, there was no instructions made on the ticket was just toldnto go to the line. when we got to the bus, there were a lot of bed bugs and cockroaches. The staff was non chalant about it and was just heard them comment it's Cambodia. The bus ride was very uncomfortable to say the least. Your comapny should not use this.bus line.

We booked the 11:30pm bus but it did not pick us up at the agreed location and we waited for almost an hour. We had to ride a tuktuk to go to the bus station and it took sometime before they allowed us to ride the bus. They asked us for a "real" ticket and they wouldn't want to accept the photo of the tickets sent by Klook. Good thing they had another bus which is scheduled to leave at 12am and they eventually allowed us to take the bus after the staff at the ticketing counter verified our booking. Too much hassle.
