The sim was never delivered..it is a scam...After reaching airport the guy refused to come and said they no longer operate at Colombo airport.
Couldn't find a SIM delivery counter at the airport. Pick-up point unknown. Lost money without getting a SIM card. Recommend the money
it was the worst It only says airport pick-up, and there is no telling where to go. I searched for details for a long time. I couldn't even find a Klook sign in all the stores in the arrival hall at the airport, and I asked all 4 stores of the telecommunications company and heard that it was correct in one place. But the Klook SIM that gave me more than 10,000 won doesn't even cost $2 there. I could have bought a lot more data for just $5.
The person who is supposed to pass the SIM card was so hard to find as he was not tracking the flight time arrival
Too bad, paid but no one delivered at the airport. Contact support, the waiting message to contact. Advise people not to buy. Klook should cut the contract with this partner.
