Karuizawa Ski Resort has a sunny rate of up to 90%! The weather is good and the scenery is beautiful. It is also one of the earliest ski resorts in Japan. There is a snow park suitable for children to play in the snow basin. There are also various snow trails suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced ski enthusiasts. It is about a 10-minute walk from the ski resort. There is also a shopping paradise-Karuizawa Outlets. In the spacious venue, there is a "NEW EAST" area with many high-end brand stores, a "SOUVENIR COURT" area with Karuizawa specialties, and an OUTLET store where you can shop at more favorable prices. More than 200 famous stores will make you shop until your legs are weak and your hands are sore.

Karuizawa was a great place to visit. The kids enjoyed playing in the snow, adults enjoyed the food and the shopping. Our tour guide was nice and shared many things about the place and Japan.
