【Pre-Departure Information】

• Please be on time for the meeting: If you are unable to participate in the itinerary due to personal reasons (such as being late, getting lost, or feeling unwell), no refunds will be provided. Please note that no refunds will be given.
• This itinerary is a fixed group tour route. You will be sharing transportation with other passengers throughout the entire trip, and parking is not allowed outside of the attractions.
• Depending on the number of participants on the day, a smaller vehicle with a driver who also serves as a guide may be used. Please cooperate with the staff's arrangements throughout the tour. (In the case of a smaller vehicle, you will enjoy a more flexible itinerary pace, but the driver will focus on driving, and the explanations will be relatively brief).
• Each person is allowed to bring one piece of luggage free of charge. For any additional pieces, you can pay the driver/guide JPY 2,000/piece on-site. Please be sure to make a note when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the guide has the right to refuse you boarding, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• For registrations of elderly people over 70 years old and pregnant women: Please request and sign a waiver from the staff email jingyu12333@163.com no later than one day before departure, and return it to us to ensure travel safety.

【Information During the Trip】

• The time spent at each attraction has been optimally designed. Please strictly adhere to the time schedule to avoid affecting the overall itinerary.
• The itinerary schedule may be adjusted due to force majeure events such as traffic, weather, and crowds. We are unable to offer refunds or compensation for delays or partial itinerary changes. Thank you for your understanding and for understanding the uncertainties of the journey.
• Traffic congestion may occur during holidays and peak periods. The tour guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary as appropriate. Please be mentally prepared and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• To maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle, please do not eat or drink inside the vehicle. If any stains or damage are caused, a cleaning fee will be charged according to local standards. Please work together to create a comfortable riding environment.
• If you leave the group on your own or leave the team midway after the itinerary starts, it will be regarded as automatically giving up the service, and no refund will be given. (You will be responsible for your own safety during the period of leaving the group.)
