[Ticket Information]

• The family package is valid for 2 adults and 1 child under 18 years old.
• Concession tickets are valid for minors aged 3-18 and adults aged 65 and above, with proof of eligibility for admission.
• Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times, and tickets must be purchased for admission.
• Children under 3 years old can enter for free, accompanied by one adult holding a ticket (relevant identification must be presented; if no identification is available, height will be used to determine if they are under 90 cm; age is calculated based on the actual age on the day of the visit).
• One ticket per person for admission, not to be reused. The electronic ticket QR Code for this event must be presented upon entry and will be admitted after verification by staff. Please check your phone's status in advance to avoid affecting your right of admission.
• This electronic ticket is considered an unregistered valuable security. The QR Code for admission verification can only be used once and will become invalid once redeemed. Please keep it safe.
• Each ticket allows one entry. This exhibition has no time slot restrictions, and you can enter at any time during opening hours. The visiting time for each ticket is 2 hours.
• For refund requests, please process through the original purchase channel. Requests after the deadline will not be accepted. For refunds or exchanges, please contact Klook customer service.

• Compassion tickets are half price of a full ticket (including one accompanying person). Eligible individuals must proactively present their identification for verification by service staff before admission. If not eligible, please purchase tickets according to your status. Individuals holding compassion tickets who are admitted cannot request partial refunds or compensation for ticket price differences.
• To ensure clear identification by service staff, necessary companions for individuals with disabilities should closely follow the disabled person for admission.

[Admission Information]

• Please take care of your personal belongings. The organizer does not provide storage services. Strollers and large luggage must be placed outside the exhibition area as instructed by staff. The organizer is not responsible for personal property loss. Please keep your personal belongings and valuables safe.
• Full video and audio recording are prohibited in this exhibition, and flash, tripods, selfie sticks, and stabilizers are not allowed. Please respect the intellectual property rights and copyrights of the organizer and the works. Commercial photography or interviews are not allowed without prior permission.
• Please follow the visiting routes, exhibition rules, and instructions from on-site staff. If there are many people, please queue in an orderly manner.
• Smoking, chewing gum, and betel nuts are prohibited in the exhibition area.
• There are no restrooms or trash cans in the exhibition area. Please use the park facilities outside the exhibition area before entering.
• Selling or reselling tickets on-site at the exhibition is prohibited. If improper behavior persists after admonition, individuals must leave immediately without objection, and no compensation or refund of ticket fees will be provided.
• Pets (except guide dogs), long-handled umbrellas, and various dangerous or prohibited items are not allowed in the exhibition area.
• There are designated staff members in the exhibition area to maintain order. If you find any suspicious persons or unknown objects, pick up lost items, or feel unwell, please immediately notify nearby staff for assistance.
• If there are any changes to the exhibition's operating hours or regulations, please refer to on-site or official FB announcements. The organizer reserves the right to interpret the event for any unmentioned matters above.

[Refund and Exchange Policy]

• Free refunds are available for unredeemed vouchers before the end of the exhibition period.
