Ibaraki Fall Foliage Tour: Bagoda Falls & Ryujin Suspension Bridge Day Trip (Including Ibaraki Specialty Lunch)

The one-day tour from Nippon Travel Agency, the whole itinerary is very good. Unfortunately, I am not sure if I have time to take the elevator to the second observation deck at Fukuroda Falls. The soba noodles are delicious.

We went there in autumn and that was a highlight to watch the Ryugen bridge and the Fukuroda falls. However the place is much further than what we expected and our return journey was snagged with 2.5 hour delay because of Tokyo traffic. What we found also lacking was that guide could speak very limited English so most times we were on our own. You can add this place to your itinerary if your have spare days to spend in Tokyo.

The drive was long and there was traffic jam, which was very tiring. The attractions are average, but the tour guide is very considerate.

The meeting point information was unclear and very difficult to find. I left an hour early and almost still missed it. There was no online customer service available to ask for help. Also, the description said the tour guide would speak Chinese and Japanese, but the tour guide didn't speak any Chinese at all.
