Driver Wu Hui provided perfect service. He was on time, introduced the location, had good horse riding skills, and was very considerate. We went to Zhujiajiao, Film and Television City, Jing'an Temple and Xintiandi, and added $100 kilometer fee. It is a good choice if you have a group of people.
The driver charged extra for the highway toll, which should have been included in the service plan. After communication, the money was eventually refunded, but it was refunded to a WeChat account in mainland China. Since I don't have a Chinese bank account linked, the money is essentially unusable. Also, the driver was quite old, and communication was a bit difficult during the ride.
