Very good and confortable to get access to the lounge as we had to wait for long before flying. Not the best lounge ever but great idea to sell this voucher, very useful.

Your company is crooked and a fraud. You accepted $100+ payment for a lounge Plaza Premium that was shutdown on June 30 and I go to the airport to find I made payment for something I could not use. Now I am disputing the charges.. FRAUD ..stay away from crooks Klook. I will be reporting further to ensure you do not defraud so blatantly

Klook redemption is easy. However, overall lounge experience is below standard due poor lounge staff, inexperience in handling rush, staff behaviour needs improvement.
