Snorkeling Tour at Bintan Resort Area by Taxi Bintan Island

This is my third time snorkeling in Bintan. It was the first time I received a message from you before the pickup time, and you even sent a message saying you'd arrive in a few minutes! This allowed me to prepare at ease :) The snorkeling was great, and the coffee, water, and ramen were also good, which was a nice touch, haha. I'll definitely use your service again next time I visit! The driver was the best! He drove well, and I really appreciated that he provided explanations without making me feel pressured!

They offer free hotel pick‑up, friendly staff, clean bathroom, beverages, crystal clear water, spectacular sea view, and most importantly unforgettable underwater videos of vibrant fishes 🐠and coral. From the kelong base, we kayak across calm, clear waters to the mangrove coastline and back, dive in to snorkel among vibrant coral and colorful fishes (and Nemo 🐟). The staff were so professional and they took our underwater videos with the Nemo, it’s the highlight of this tour! We were so glad we add the underwater video in our package, it’s sooo worth it!

Went with my kids and the guides were patient to help the kids change equipment because they are super fussy with the snorkeling masks. Very memorable experience for the kids first snorkeling activity. Went before 12pm and the weather was not too hot, waters lukewarm and clear enough to see the marine life.

A special thank you to our driver, Maifal, communicated clearly from the moment we booked. He was punctual, friendly, and drove safely to and from our hotel and the Trikora Beach area. He made us feel comfortable throughout the day and stayed with us the entire time, which was greatly appreciated. The snorkeling instructors were absolutely amazing. They were knowledgeable about the local marine life and swam with us, pointing out fish and other sea creatures we would have otherwise missed. safety: The tour also included complimentary tea, coffee, and instant noodles. There were plenty of activities available too, including kayaking and fishing. We also received all of our underwater GoPro photos. Turns out this was actually the same company I booked with two years ago, and I didn't even realise it until after the tour. Thank you for an unforgettable day.

The driver picked us up at our hotel and drove us to the jetty. journey took around 1 hour. boat ride to the place, which was essentially a platform and we could snorkel around it. good service, towels were provided. also gave us hot tea/ coffee/ cup noodles. snorkelling was good, alot of fish. saw coral and sea urchin and clam. but only swim around the perimeter of the platform. equipment was in good condition

It was a memorable snorkling experience for me and my kid. The snorkling spot that we booked was closed due to the sea condition so Pak Teguh offered us to switch to other snorkling spot in the middle of the sea. They took us to a building like a house in the sea which was is Kelong, The facility at the Kelong was nice with bathroom, my father can enjoy the leisure time at the Kelong while me, my wife and my kid snorkeling. We also spent hours kayaking around the Kelong which was a great experience.

Sandro was an amazing and warm host who took care of every single detail and stayed with us throughout the entire journey. The snorkeling was fantastic, and he made this trip incredibly fun and unforgettable

We had a great time doing this activity. Our transporter Pak Teguh was friendly, professional and accommodating. He explained that due to sea conditions it would be better to snorkel at a different beach on the day of our booking and took us there (Trikora beach, about an hour's journey from Lagoi). The activity itself was great, with professional divers who took great care to instruct us. Pak Teguh also took us for a quick lunch stop at a local warong which was a great meal.

The driver was very kind, cheerful, and outgoing. The photographer was professional and meticulously took photos of us from different angles. After the tour, they even let us go boating. It was a very pleasant experience, and I highly recommend adding the underwater photography package! 😊

driver was amazing and kind. Requested to go to the minimart as leaving the resort on our own is not easy and he brought us there. driver also recommended a few shops and brought us there too. snorkelling was fun and the people there also offered and gave us hot tea and cup noodles after the snorkeling to warm us up.
