- The tour is inaccessible for pregnant women, wheelchair users, people with mobility impairments, and people with blood pressure or cardiorespiratory problems.
- By order of the Mexican government, it is mandatory to provide the following information for hot air balloon rides: name and surname, weight, and health conditions. In addition, please be advised that if you weigh more than 100 kilos, each additional kilo will incur an additional charge.
- Children must be at least 4 years old and have a height greater than 1.20 m to fly on the balloon.
- The maximum weight allowed per person to carry out the activity is 150 kg.
- Sandals, high heels, and flip-flops are not allowed.
- Backpacks, suitcases, bags, backpacks, or any bulky objects cannot go on the balloon with you.
- Selfie sticks nor any other object that remains outside the balloon's basket is not allowed.
- Start times vary depending on the year's season, which are from October to March and from April to September.

A great package ( with Amigo Tours) with a memorable experience with an awesome tour guide - Ms Alicia. She was very engaging, full of knowledge and her English was perfect. One of the best guides we have experienced in our travels. We had a great group with nice people from all over the world. It was a full day starting with a life time experience in the hot air ballon- it was our very first time. The breakfast and Liqour happy hour was fantastic. The tour of the historical Teotihuacán Temples ( Moon & Sun) was very informative and we learnt more from Alicia on the history and how archaeologists are still trying to find out who built them! The tour ended with a visit to the Mother Mary’s Basilica Guadalupe - what an amazing Church and Architecture. The story behind it was explained in detail by Alicia and it is considered a miracle. it’s a once in a lifetime experience especially if you’re from Asia considering the flight hours and flight availability. When you’re in Mexico, do everything that you can and add this activity to your itinerary. downside is lunch is not provided nor made a stop for late lunch, so be sure to eat the buffet breakfast and bring your own snacks. experience:
The hot air balloon experience was amazing, offering a bird's-eye view of the Teotihuacan monuments! The sunrise view was breathtaking, a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
The tour content itself was very satisfying. However, the reservation stated that we would only be taking a hot air balloon ride and then returning, but in reality, breakfast and a visit to an obsidian souvenir shop were also included in the itinerary. As a result, I had to cancel the breakfast I had arranged separately.
