Miss J Square Coffee | Coffee Roasting and Tasting Experience | Kwun Tong

This experiential course allows learners to understand the roasting process, including the physical changes that occur during the roasting process, and how to control the sensory performance of coffee through the degree of roasting. Students will also learn about the basic structure of the roasting machine, as well as general maintenance and safety awareness.

In the practical learning objectives and exercises, learners understand green coffee beans and identify defective beans. Students can operate the roaster and roast coffee beans under the guidance of the instructor, and use appropriate roasting records to record each roasting process. Relevant data and observations.
