You can reach the mall directly by taking the subway to Surian Station, which is very convenient and protects you from the sun. Its excellent location makes it ideal for visiting in any weather. The park operates on a timed entry system (every half hour), and the crowd control measures help maintain order within the venue. Upon entry, staff will stamp your hand, allowing multiple re-entries throughout the day, which provides great flexibility for your visit. There are many adorable animals in the park that you can interact with up close. For example, there are two lambs that roam freely. If you stop petting them, they will gently nudge you with their small horns, indicating they want you to continue. However, it's a bit sad that only one capybara remains from what used to be three. Visiting here evokes mixed feelings: on one hand, I really want to get close to the animals, but on the other, I feel sorry for them, as they are brought here by humans to live in an artificial environment without even the chance to bask in the sun. Overall, I recommend arriving around 10:30 AM. After exploring for a while, you can head downstairs to the mall for lunch. After your meal, you can use your hand stamp to re-enter the park and continue your visit. It's a relaxing and fulfilling half-day outing.

Chanced upon this indoor petting farm on Klook while looking for interesting place to visit in KL with family. Can be difficult to find the shop upon first time arrival at IOI Damansara mall, so do check with the information counter. Well spent two hours in the indoor farm with all the animals at close proximity! Good opportunity for children to touch and feed the animals. Feeding is at additional cost and must be paid via the Malaysia banking QR code. Love the free roaming Capybara, goats and ducks!

This was so worth it! So easy to redeem and it was such an enjoyable experience for me and my daughter. We got to feed a capybara! Place is easy to find and I like it because it's indoors, so you'll have a great time, rain or shine. Staff was friendly. Surprisingly the food at the cafe was good too! We truly loved this experience and will definitely come back if we find ourselves in KL again!

ease of booking on Klook: i bought on the spot on klook, get confirmation, and walk in to the petting zoo. experience: they have a lot of unique animals tht you can touch all of them. facilities:they have multiple sink to wash hand after petting the animals.

Just Farm @ Just Pets Megastore in Kota Damansara is a fun little indoor farm experience, especially if you’re visiting with kids. The farm is quite big and fully indoors, and you can comfortably explore the place in around 45 minutes. It is a little on the pricey side, but my kids absolutely loved it! 🐰🦆 The goats and ducks may sometimes free-roam around the farm, which makes the experience more interactive. If you want to hold or pet any of the animals, just check with the farm keeper first. One of the highlights is the rabbit area, where you can actually go in and pet the rabbits. 🐇 There’s also animal food available separately at RM5 for a small bucket, which is worth getting if you want a more hands-on experience. Overall, a cute and enjoyable indoor activity for families, especially for kids who love animals. Not the cheapest attraction, but definitely a fun way to spend 45 minutes with the little ones!
