Made booking but operator did not have any info of the booking. only after going through the trouble of sending the receipt and booking details from klook to the operator's WhatsApp then they proceeded. So do make sure to send the booking details to operator via WhatsApp or email to get a confirmation. Alternatively, just purchase the tickets at their boot (slightly cheaper there). Other that booking issue, staff were friendly and the parasailing experience was fun!

It was friendly staff and wonderful activities. But they can’t scan the QR so you should have English vouchers. Be careful, Klook doesn’t have a function of translating all for English. Don’t forget, it is nice activity.
