I was looking forward to the New Year's Day tour and waited, matching the early 5 AM pickup time, but neither the driver nor the guide showed up. I called the contact number repeatedly, but no one answered, and the sun rose. In the end, the tour company canceled without any notice, ruining my precious New Year's Day. KLOOK's customer service also hasn't responded to my refund processing inquiries, and I'm worried about what will happen next. This case left me feeling uneasy about their choice of vendors.
