  • [Regarding Meeting Point] Staff will confirm the departure time with you one day in advance (approximately 6 PM - 9 PM). Please gather at the designated location and time. Due to the large number of participants and different locations, there may be slight deviations in the departure time and scheduled time. Thank you for your understanding!
  • [Regarding Pick-up and Drop-off] Pick-up is available at addresses within the Third Ring Road of Chengdu. For areas outside the designated zone, please contact customer service to confirm if pick-up is possible. The drop-off location is at Qin Tai Road. After the tour, you can start your Chengdu nightlife, enjoy delicious food, and stroll around Kuanzhai Alley.
  • [Pick-up Time] Pick-up uses a circular pick-up method. The pick-up time will be approximately 30-90 minutes before the meeting time, depending on the driver’s notification. Please be aware of this.
  • [Classic Group Tour] A 30-49-seater bus is used, offering high cost performance, a large luggage compartment, and air suspension for greater comfort!
  • [Exquisite Small Group Tour] The vehicle model will be arranged according to the number of people, allowing for more freedom with fewer people!
  • [Regarding Hanfu Experience] The 8-person small group tour includes a complimentary Hanfu experience (excluding makeup and photography). You can freely take photos outdoors during free time, capturing every touching moment.
  • [Regarding Dining] The classic group tour includes one lunch (10 people per table, 8 dishes and 1 soup, meal standard of 30 yuan/person). The small group tour does not include meals. You can choose a dining location according to the situation that day, or you can prepare your own meals.
  • [Regarding Tour Guide] The classic group tour and the 3-12 person English small group tour are equipped with a full-time professional tour guide service, who is knowledgeable in cultural history and provides high-quality explanations. 2-8 person small group tour: The Dujiangyan Scenic Area is explained by the driver acting as a guide or scenic spot guide, and the Panda Valley Scenic Area is explored on your own to experience the cute animals.
  • [Regarding Park Admission] All scenic spots require the original ID card or passport/Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan travel permit for admission. Please be sure to bring the documents you filled in when placing your order. If you are unable to enter the scenic area due to forgetting to bring relevant documents or incorrect documents, you will be responsible for the additional costs incurred.
  • [Regarding Refund of Tickets] Dujiangyan discounted tickets are refunded 15 yuan/person, and Panda Valley discounted tickets are refunded 10 yuan/person; Dujiangyan free tickets are refunded 50 yuan/person, and Panda Valley free tickets are refunded 15 yuan/person; (Free or discounted ticket policies are subject to the on-site regulations of the scenic spot, please inform the staff in advance and bring relevant documents).
  • [Regarding Itinerary] Our company has the right to adjust the order of the tour itinerary, but the tour content will not be reduced; if the itinerary is affected by force majeure factors, the travel agency will assist tourists to solve the problem, but will not be liable for the losses caused thereby.
