The pick-up and drop-off were all on time. However, because the tourists on the same boat were late, we were left in the sun for half an hour. The tour guide and the captain did not inform us and made us wait stupidly. The itinerary stated that Orange Island can be used for four hours, but in fact it was only We were given two hours, and we were in a hurry because taking pictures on the swing would take an hour (queuing up). In addition, the underwater world is very beautiful. The only drawback was that the captain dropped us off at the designated spot without asking if we would. Swimming and distributing life jackets, etc. Although I can swim, I still get scared when I can’t step on the ground and don’t have a life jacket when I go into the sea.
We booked a private speedboat to Orange Bay, expecting to enjoy four hours on the beach. However, the crew unexpectedly informed us they were taking us to a different island instead. When we refused, they told us we wouldn't have a ride back if we didn’t comply. After returning to the boat, they ended up taking us home, meaning we never got what we paid for. We absolutely do not recommend this service to anyone.We expect to receive some form of refund, as we did not get the experience what we paid for. According to the booking, we were supposed to have four hours on the island, excluding the travel time to and from the hotel. However, the staff in charge of the trip counted the boat ride as part of the island time, which is not what we signed up for. Please make sure to update this information in your advertisement.
