Manila to/from Cebu Cruise by 2GO

We love M/VMasagana! ❤️ We left Cebu at 11:59 midnight 5 July and arrived in Manila at 10PM 6July. The trip was really amazing! Good people. Good food. exceptional service. Thank you Chiara of Front Desk who made sure we made sure we get the best room when we upgraded. Mia , Housekeeping Night Supervisor for assisting me in getting sorted out for our room..The dining people Cristine, Neo, Michael, JayAr who are always accommodating and helpful verytime we eat. Edeson who assisted us in finding our room.and made sure our aircon in the room.was.good. Chiara , Rodel and Julie for being kind in watching when my son Jian was out of our room. My Klook booking was seemless! very easy and very efficient. Our experience was amazing! enjoyed every bit of our trip. I booked the Business Premium Room. it was only me and my son with twin bunk beds. The room is very clean. The aircon was good. Staff are always ready to help. Very kind. My son and I will do this again in a heartbeat! and let's not forget the Room view. it was amazing! ours have a window. ❤️

The ferry ride itself was great but there are a few things thats better to be aware of. Our ferry trip was delayed by 6 hrs. Initially delayed by 2 hrs, then on our way to the port which was about 4hrs before departure, we got delayed again by another 5hrs. Our trip was supposed to leave by 12 midnight but we finally left port at 7am. Although, this delay came in favor since we were able to catch the cllex bridge and the beautiful sunrise in manila bay which is a rare sight. I'll rate this 4 stars because our stay at the Cebu port though was horrible. Cockroaches crawling all around and up our seats and luggages. People were lying down on the seats so even though there are enough seats, we couldnt sit down.. We boarded at around 3am i think so we were able to sleep before the ship departed at 7am. But be prepared to be woken up by announcements, and door knocking by staff to take your trash and the like.. The experience was interesting and if I would do it again, yes but I would come more prepared. Also, bring your coffee/tea or sancks of your choice. There is a store on the ship but selections are quite limited. Snacks are more of chips and junk food. They dont sell instant coffee as you are urged to buy coffee at their cafe but you can bring your own as hot water is available. You can also bring a blanket if you dont want to rent their blanket for 50 pesos. You do have to return this before disembarking so be early as there will be a long line.

The trip was smooth, and the ship offered clean, comfortable accommodations with air-conditioned cabins. I especially liked the onboard amenities such as dining areas, small shops, and entertainment, which made the long trip feel relaxing rather than tiring. Watching the ocean views from the deck was a highlight. Overall, 2GO Travel is a great option for affordable and convenient inter-island travel, especially for those who want a scenic and comfortable travel experience.

honestly as a foreigner I wouldn't recommend you get starred and judged constantly; served pretty much last. but to experience is always good but it's cheaper to just fly I paid for the cheapest and didn't feel safe so upgraded myself to business class I was the only white person on board so I just slept the entire time / food was very tiny amount too and you couldn't get more then what is served the workers go above & beyond for everyone though

It's so comfortable, and the air conditioning in the room is incredibly cold, making it great for sleeping. We'll definitely come back again. You won't go hungry either.

We arrived on time. Music is loud. Business class and suite class passengers will wait longer before they can eat.

I recently traveled with 2GO and had a pleasant experience overall. The boarding process was organized, the staff were accommodating and professional, and the trip was smooth and comfortable. The facilities were clean, and I appreciated the effort of the crew in assisting passengers throughout the journey. While there is always room for improvement, I found the service reliable and would consider traveling with 2GO again in the future. Thank you for making my trip safe and convenient.
