As a senior Chinese teacher (fluent in English and Japanese), a senior Chinese pastry chef, I like delicious and exquisite Chinese dim sum. I hope to use my expertise as a tea artist and florist to make and taste Chinese dim sum in a studio decorated with Chinese floral art, and serve you a fragrant Chinese tea.
