As a senior Chinese teacher (fluent in English and Japanese), a senior Chinese pastry chef, I like delicious and exquisite Chinese dim sum. I hope to use my expertise as a tea artist and florist to make and taste Chinese dim sum in a studio decorated with Chinese floral art, and serve you a fragrant Chinese tea. Here, you can not only visit the new Shikumen lanes with the style of old Shanghai and experience the lane life, but also meet Chinese dim sum lovers from all over the world.
