Then simply purchase your tickets at least 24 hours in advance and pick up your ticket at the ticket booth near your ferry's boarding location. Make sure to check in at least half an hour before the scheduled departure time, before you enter the boat and wait for the ship to sail! - Bringing water sports equipment (eg. Vibrating Surfboard, Skateboard, Nine Boards, Windsurfing, etc.) will incur an extra charge of THB400 for bus route & boat route or THB300 for boat route only, to be paid in cash directly to the operator
- Bringing bicycles (only for folding bicycles) will incur an extra charge of THB100 for boat route and the same for bus route & boat route, to be paid in cash directly to the operator

Lomprayah Speedboat + excellent shuttle service. The staff were very helpful, but allow about 45 minutes for check-in at Koh Tao because there are a lot of people. When booking tickets from Koh Tao to Samui, the ticket stated "Nathon Pier," but upon check-in, my name wasn't found. The staff took a considerable amount of time, calling the Phuket center. When they changed it to "Pralarn Pier," my name appeared. This was quite time-consuming. I wish Klook would provide more detailed pier information on the tickets or vouchers. We almost missed our boat due to the check-in issue. We had to ask staff to help clear a path so my family and I could board. We arrived at the pier 35 minutes early, but still almost didn't make it.
It was very accessible and hassle free, amazing experience to travel from 1 island in Thailand to another.
very smooth experience and booking the journey through Klook definitely made it easier as we just had to show our voucher at the counter. the ferry was clean and I chose to sit on the top deck to enjoy the views. they dropped me off to my hotel in Koh Samui so it wasn’t a hassle at all once I got there. :)
centrally located .. most hotels provide free shuttle service to and from the harbour .. comfortable, spacious and on time
Not a catamaran or similar boat. See pictures. It's a short trip and the staff were nice but the description of this ferry is not what was delivered. Klook ticket exchange was seemless as usual but the boat was false advertising.
easy comfortable trip .. aptly located from the airport.. can upgrade to indoor seating paying a difference of 100thb.. they have a canteen inside !!
Everything is great, the transfer picked up from the hotel, they helped load the bags, you arrive at the pier a little early. Departure is a little late by 15 minutes. Overall, everything is good.

Everything worked, pick up at the hotel and the ferry crossing. We left half an hour late, but that was due to the weather.
Transfer was smooth picked up ticket from ticket office which is straight across the road from Pralarn pier. Then you get your luggage weighed and board 15 minutes before departure. Big comfortable ferry plenty of room and air-conditioning. Could not fault.
