I had a very disappointing experience with this pub crawl. The tour operator cancelled the event without any prior notice. I arrived at the meeting point by 19:40H, only to be informed by the bartender that the pub crawl had been cancelled. The scheduled meeting time was 20:00H at Makalutura, for reference. I reported the issue to Klook by 19:50H and then returned to my hotel, as my evening plans had been ruined. The operator only reached out to me much later: 20:19H via WhatsApp, 20:22H by phone call, and 20:57H by email. By then, it was far too late to salvage anything. It seemed like a mere formality on their part to document their attempt to contact me. I’m grateful that I reported the issue to Klook first, before their late and minimal attempts to reach me. I wouldn’t recommend booking this pub crawl, as I wouldn't want anyone else to have the same disappointing experience. I did request a full refund and compensation, awaiting for klooks officers response.
The nightclub Room 13 was a poor choice. The service staff, guards, and all the equipment inside were very dirty, smelly, and messy. It is recommended not to go to this nightclub because there are still infectious diseases.
