Thank you for choosing Klook and taking the time to leave us a review! We are sorry to hear about the unsatisfactory experience you've had with how the staff provided their service. Rest assured, this is definitely not the type of behavior which we offer or provide to our customers. We will coordinate with the local operator to provide this feedback for us to improve the services that we provide to customers. Thank you for your understanding.
Good flavours but portion size is small for the price, prob due to it's prime location.
Cumi Bali is an authentic Indonesia restaurant located at Tanjong Pagar. The food here is delicious and well worth the money spent! Must go if you like Indonesia cuisine!
The lady is very friendly! Be sure to ask for their belachan chilli! Spicy n piquant! Tried the satay. 2 sticks of well marinated, tender n juicy chunks of meat. Yummy. Not cheap, but you pay for quality!
Cumi Bali is an Indonesia restaurant which you can enjoy authentic Indonesia cuisine! The food is delicious and the lady boss is so friendly!
Prices are pretty steep. Got the set meal and only the chicken satay was really good, the rest of the meal was ok only. Chendol was too sweet, with very little ingredients.
I like the nasi goreng. delicious. very expensive + pricy. lady staff very rude. said I don't need to pay. what kind of customer service. don't recommend.
Bad experience here. The food is ok. I bought 2 x $20 voucher, but the staff only let us use 1 voucher. Is ok since it’s stated in the tnc. However, the staff redeemed both my 2 voucher upon payment. Complaining to Klook but Klook didn’t refund me the second voucher
Only 1 cash voucher can be used at 1 time. No stack of voucher. The sate chicken and mutton fried rice is tasty, but the fried potato ball is so so. The staff seems not very familiar in the usage of klook.
