cafe TOO at Island Shangri-La Hong Kong offers a festive buffet with 10 live cooking stations, preparing a selection of classic holiday dishes on the spot, including roasted traditional Christmas turkey and Roasted Beef Tenderloin. Indulge in exquisite dishes such as Lamb Stew with Bean Curd Sheet, Roasted Lam Shank and Mussels in Blue Cheese Sauce , savouring authentic holiday flavours. Starting from 5 Dec 2025, Each lunch guest will be treated to an impressive Steamed Hairy Crab (one per paying guest, Weekend (Friday to Sunday Lunch only).
