A: Flight ticket booking for the meeting day: For the meeting, please purchase a ticket arriving at [Nyingchi Mainling Airport] before noon on the D1 meeting day; the fee includes the Nyingchi airport pick-up fee. Beijing, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Chongqing, and Xi’an all have direct flights to Nyingchi (concentrated between 6 am and 9 am), and direct flights can fly to Nyingchi on the same morning of the meeting day; other cities recommend arriving in these transit cities 1 day in advance, please pay attention to arranging transit matters. Round-trip flight ticket booking: Please purchase a return flight departing from [Lhasa Gonggar International Airport] the day after the tour ends; the fee does not include the Lhasa airport drop-off fee. If you have enough time, you can play in Lhasa for a few more days; It is recommended to depart from Lhasa city to the airport at least 3 hours before the flight takes off to avoid missing the flight!
