UNIHOLIC - SEA URCHIN Specialty Store in Tokyo, Roppongi

My fav meal on this trip. The set menu I paid for was soo good and a great to experience uni in various ways. Easy yo order drinks and additional foods. Highly recommend the lobster with uni.

The restaurant is situated really nicely in Roppongi and has a great view. the food was amazing, we got several courses of yummy and creative ways to eat sea urchin. super happy!

A good experience, good food, delicious, highly recommended. I chose lunch that day and the place was full. You must make a reservation, otherwise you will not be able to eat.

The service is good, and the food is creative. People who like raw sea urchin might feel the cooking method is a bit of a waste, but it's worth trying something new!

With sea urchin as the theme, the lunch set consists of 6 dishes from appetizers to desserts. If you like sea urchin, you can try it. Booking directly with Klook is all-inclusive and very convenient.

Bought two meals (totaling HK$718), and it turned out to be a SHARE MENU (except for the sea urchin sashimi, soup, tofu, and dessert), which was a bit disappointing. The staff were polite and had smiles, but I asked for the bill three times and it wasn't brought until I had to walk to the coat rack area to get the bill (plus a separate drinks bill). I was most looking forward to the caviar and sea urchin rice, but it was part of the SHARE MENU (one rice bowl to share between two people). When purchasing, it was displayed as Caviar and Sea Urchin Set X1, leading me to believe each person would get a caviar and sea urchin rice bowl, so the greater the expectation, the greater the disappointment.

The location is easy to find. The place is small but neat. Staff are polite. The food is overall very good! It's just that the flavor of beef, sea urchin and sea urchin is not too prominent. There was no sea urchin in the dessert.

I first discovered this sea urchin restaurant on Instagram. I really wanted to try it but was worried about the language barrier. I found out that I could make reservations on the online platform KLOOK, and there are a variety of set menus, including lunch and dinner!

Worst uni that I have ever eaten, fishy tast, very disappointed. But the stone rice with uni and salmon roe was not bad. Definitely not worth the money.
