Seventh Heaven Fiji Experience on a Floating Platform

This was the highlight of our Fiji trip. It was seamless from the pick up until the hotel transfer. I was not really expecting a lot because it's in the middle of the ocean but I was amazed that it has complete facilities like spa, bar, toilet plus a lot of sun loungers and seats for all the guests not to mention the great food as well. I think the best part of this trip is the amazing group of our guides/staffs. They were so friendly and accommodating. I love everyone's energy. Kudos to the team!

it was very convenient with hotel pick up and drop off and the whole activity was so fun. the staff was friendly as well. definitely a highlight of our fiji trip.

The food selection is better and tastier than Cloud 9. However, the ocean isn't as clean and the music is loud, so it's probably more for party-goers.

It was my first time to visit island in Fiji. everything was well organised and staff were very friendly and kind! I’ll definitely come back

1. Regarding hotel pick-up and drop-off, only several hotel pick-ups and drop-offs around Denarau Pier are included. Because the area around Nadi Airport does not look very big on the map, and the Denarau Pier is also around the airport, I mistakenly thought that pickup and drop-off from surrounding hotels were included when booking. Moreover, when filling in the pick-up and drop-off hotels, there was no reminder that our hotel did not include pickup and drop-off. After arriving at the hotel, the staff at the hotel's entertainment reservation counter one day in advance contacted the staff at Seventh Heaven and confirmed that there was an order for hotel pick-up the next day. At that time, there was no mention that this transfer would require a fee. On the second day, we waited in the hotel lobby for a long time and no one came to pick us up. The staff at the tour reservation counter (not the one yesterday) came over and said that our pick-up had not been paid until final confirmation, and we needed to take a taxi to the pier by ourselves. The round trip fee is FJD40. Well, after getting on the bus and arriving at the dock, the driver charged FJD25 for a one-way trip. On the way back, I happened to catch a bus going to Nadi Town, so I took the bus back to the hotel. 2. When you arrive at the sea bar, hurry up and grab a seat. There are only a few places, and most of them are reserved. The remaining ones are up for grabs, and there are even fewer places to get shelter from the sun and rain. We originally grabbed a group, but the sun was blazing behind us, and then it rained, so we finally moved our stools to the corner. 3. No cash is accepted, only cards are swiped, plus a 3.5% handling fee. Bar items are inherently expensive.

one of the best activities in Fiji. I really regretted not bringing my swimming trunks since I was planning to help the ladies to take pictures. They had a great time and all the staff were so welcoming and helpful. the food and drinks were even better than at the restaurants in the hotels. I would recommend this to everyone!

A 45-minute boat ride will take you to this offshore bar. Overall, it's comfortable and not too crowded. Relax by soaking in the seawater and basking in the sun. The food is also delicious 👍🏼

Most awesome crew ! Great experience ! Free kayaks ! All sorts of food available ! And they even offer an overnight retreat for couples up-to 6 ! Highly recommended.

Everything was top tier in experience, 10/10 service, amazing food and staff. The prices were a bit more pricey but that’s okay you’re on holiday!
