Amazing experience with the museum and the friendly guide

[Guide was more than 30 minutes late] [Guide had trouble entering and we waited more than 30 minutes] It was a two-hour tour starting at 12:15, but two groups including me participated and we waited at the base of the meeting place. Apparently, there was originally another group scheduled to join. However, since they did not arrive at the time, we had a member of the same group who could speak English call the customer center and met up with the guide. However, even though we met up with the guide, we had a dispute with the facility staff about whether the ticket could be used or not, and we were unable to enter, so the tour ended up starting an hour after the scheduled time. I thought we would go around the main places (Mona Lisa, Winged Victory of Samothrace, etc.), but it seemed like they avoided places with a lot of people, which was a bit disappointing. Maybe the guide I was in charge of was not good, but it was a waste of time and money.
