Please be advised that our hotel will be conducting scheduled water tank cleaning from 21:00 September 23 to 02:00 September 24. To ensure the successful completion of this maintenance, the water supply will be temporarily suspended from 00:00 to 02:00 on September 24.

After the work is completed, the tap water may appear slightly discolored due to sediment in the pipes. We kindly ask that you let the water run for a few minutes until it becomes clear before use. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

In line with government environmental policies, starting from November 1, 2024, Taipei Mellow Hostel will no longer proactively provide disposable amenities (such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower caps, razors, combs, sanitary bags, cleaning kits, etc.). We encourage you to bring your own personal items during your stay. If you require any amenities during your stay, please contact the hotel front desk. Please note that the layout, furnishings, and decor of the same room type (Deluxe Rooms and Executive Rooms) may vary slightly depending on the location or floor within the hotel. The actual room assignment will be based on availability at the time of check-in, and specific rooms cannot be reserved in advance.
