Fantastic

Solo stay

I loved my stay here. Very friendly and helpful staff. The entire Hotel is very clean. The food is excellent and delicious. Convenient location. The air conditioning was very cold! I will stay here again and I highly recommend Tacloban Plaza Hotel!

Stayed with family

The aircon was not satisfying because it didn’t work right in spite of multiple adjustments I made. It was not as cold as I was expecting. The room was at 313. Prior to this , I also checked in at room 215 and the AC was in good running condition.

No elevators if that is important to you. Super hot water for showers. AWESOME! Slight urine smell in the hallway near Rm 305. Free breakfast but everything is service cold. Eggs, rice, meat, noodles, everything is cold. We will stay again but if these things are important to you thae maybe look elsewhere. The

Wouldn’t recommend worse breakfast ever, room was not clean and there is a foot and a half step to enter the bathroom and floor is very slippery when showering, very unsafe. Mattress not comfortable at all, TV didn’t work.
