Good A relic from the communist era. Very run down but a stunning location. No doubt will be knocked down and rebuilt soon. Terrible smell from drains in the evening.

Good Staff are ok but the room need some refurbishment. And secondly our room have no small fridge/freezer which is quite shocking. Small fridge is very important for customer specially summer time.

GreatStayed with partner
The staff in the reception were very helpful and polite. The hotell has magnificent views and a really good location for enjoying the sunset, both at the restaurant and bar, as well as the rooms with sea view or the rocky beach below. The dinner buffet was nice and priced good as well as a good house wine. The breakfast buffet was nice, both cold and hot things. The bread was mostly really white and fluffy, could use a little bread with more fibers.
The room had a good view, but was old. It wasn’t vacuumed under the bed, and there was black mold in the shower, broken tiles in the bathroom. The cleaningstaff didn’t change used glasses during our entire stay, or remove empty bottles. The room is in desperate need of renovation.

GoodStayed with family · For friends and family
This hotel is filthy. We did not feel comfortable in barefeet on the flooring and food crumbs were evident on the stairs throughout our entire stay. We hear they are remodeling next year and it is clear why. The beach location is excellent for swimming and walking! That is the clear perk to this location. They do not provide their lawn chairs for actual guests, only cruise excursions, and no beach towels are available so plan to pack a large one or rent chairs and an umbrella for 40 euros. You also have to pay to access the listed pool if preferred over the sea.
There are a few restaurants and small bakeries and stores within walking distance, but I recommend an Uber into Old Town to enjoy dinners. Breakfast is a full English meal so you will not go hungry in the morning.

Room 301 : we heard too much our neighbours of 302 due to the thickness of the wall!

Good This hotel needs an update. I understand the building is old but is poorly maintained and uncomfortable. Not even the essential bathroom amenities are available. Shower clogged, door did not work, not my favorite. The location is good!

FantasticStayed with friends
Beautiful property located right at Lapad Beach. Wouldn't suggest it for anyone needing handicap accessibility. Lots of stairs.
