Room was very good value for money. We stayed for a festival at the national bowl and it was very easy to get Uber from there (only a 15 minute journey). Great that it is on the services as you have all of the food options right next to you.

Good Everything was great apart from the shower gel had run out previously & had not been replaced.
Then the best evening coming back despite putting the right hanger on the door, the room was not cleaned or touched after the first night. So no clean towels or shower gel. Reception was helpful & found the room had not been touched - wasn’t the only room - they apologised & got me towels & shower gel but did state some of the cleaning staff were lazy.
Everything else was good - the food was excellent & well priced too.
Shame you have to pay parking for such a large car park.

Aged. No air conditioning, so not comfy during the recent hot spell. £5 parking fee per night; disregard any reviews saying there is free parking. Value for money is OK I guess.

Excellent friendly staff, but property is older service station hotel with some remodel work done on lobby. Rooms are tired and have no AC (but windows catch a lot of sun). Fans were provided.
Checkin was problematic with Expedia "3 beds" not translating to their booking system. This took an hour to sort out, but they did so.

Bedding was clean, but that’s all I could really comment on, wasn’t able to sleep as people were running up and down the corridor and banging on doors or the door throughout the night

There was plenty of parking. Hotel is in need of a refurb. I wouldn't say the room was dirty, but it could definitely have been cleaner especially the bathroom. Breakfast was good.
