Stayed with kids

The Phuket Emerald Beach Resort was amazing!!! First class all the way! Our pool access room did not disappoint, the breakfast has so many amazing options and variety. Anna was so helpful with arranging transportation. My kids loved the foam pool party and the yummy snacks! If we return to Phuket, we will most definitely stay here again!

They charge extra against what is advertised and their services weren't great either. Saw cockroaches several times which is extremely unhygienic. Gym was under maintenance almost through my stay and was open only 1 day. Overpriced and overadvertised! Wasn't a great stay

The only reason we booked into this hotel was for the kids pool and kids slides. We were told when booking that they would be freshly renovated before our arrival however this was not the case the kids pool and all the slides was closed. The room we were given back into the pool bar and the pool Access also doubled up as common access for everyone which made our front balcony incredibly busy. Dirty nappies on the floor around the pool. We asked if we could pay to stay for one night then get the refund on the remaining nights but were declined by the manager who never came out to speak to us face-to-face. The room smelt, the sheets were really dirty. Awful. Start to our holiday thankfully we move to a much better hotel.

The food and service was good. I think the pool is closing too early but it´s pretty general around the area. Apart of that, all good, simple hotel but good.
