Fantastic
My second stay was just as good as my first. Rooms are very nice (both room were different) same size and very nice decor - free park is a massive bonus for Birmingham

Solo stay

I stayed in a smaller room. This is my 2nd visit. My only complaint is the pillows they are awful. Everything else is good. Staff super helpful, great easy parking. Nice touches like the fridge and coffee machine downstairs.

Great

Solo stay

I really like this place. THe only negative was that there is no USB port in the room, or anywhere in the carpark to charge an electric vehicle. Parking is easy and plentiful. Breakfast is great. Din't actually meet a single member of staff except in the pub (where they were very pleasant) - so i cannot really comment on the staff. It would be ice to actually see someone or have the facility to ask a question etc

Stayed with family

My daughter and I enjoyed a lovely overnight stay here. What particularly stood out was the helpfulness of the owner / manager (?) who took the trouble of looking after our bags for the day in her own office (in the pub next door) leaving us unencumbered on one of the hottest days of the year (!) to enjoy the university open day. Much appreciated.

Good location, plentiful tea and coffee supplies with fresh milk and waters available from lounge fridge . Parking was free/easy and the associated pub was nice.

Great stay. Easy instructions on how to enter property. Great sized room. Free milk & water available in the lounge area. Fab breakfast next door in the pub. There is some paint peeling on the bathroom walls but apart from that all good.
