Friendly staff. Clean and well maintained rooms. Best location in the heart of Hanoi with many options for meals. 5 minutes walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake where you can take the open deck bus tours. We took one hop-on-hop-off during day time, and another one at night to see different lights of the city. Loved both.

Hotel staff was very helpful. Checked in daily to see if we needed anything. Hotel was good location in busy Old Quarter. Very clean and comfortable stay. breakfast as great. Highly recommend.
