Having a poor negative behaviour because you couldn’t find the booking is not the guest fault to experience poor attitude and negativity. Disappointed with one staff member at the reception.

Great place to stay

The hotel is conveniently located, making it ideal for flexible schedules and late check-ins. It is close to the airport with easy access to transportation. Guests can also enjoy an excellent breakfast, and the rooms are equipped with modern amenities and functional features.

All the stuffs are very helpful

From North American standards, this is a relatively inexpensive hotel we stayed one night as we were heading to the airport early in the morning. After staying in more higher in hotels, I felt a little downgrade. The rooms are very small, but relatively clean at the front desk. The only give you one key, which is used to power lights and air-conditioning so when you enter into your room, your room is very warm and it takes time for it to cool down. I asked for an additional key and they said no as it was their policy. They said I could keep my card in the slot to power the air-conditioning lock myself out of the room and then request another staff member to let us in afterward I felt that was very inconvenient. The pool and amenities were very nice and they did have some food options for us which we’re not bad I wouldn’t recommend a long staying but as a quick overnighter or just a quick rest before heading to the airport on an early morning flight fairly acceptable I’m very squeamish when it comes to cleanliness of rooms in a pinch I would do this hotel again however the cost of an extra 50 or $80 for a higher end hotel is worth it for me.

This is a solid 3 stars hotel near airport just to stay for a night or two. The room is clean, but the AC placement is bad and the air is blowing right to your face. Beds are not comfortable and shower will make a splash. Not much selection on breakfast, it is a bare minimum breakfast. Amazing Staffs though!

I booked this hotel for one night for the transitioning from Bangkok to Krabi province the next day. Because my fright arrived at 1 am and after picked up my stuffs I came to the meeting point and met a staff who led me ti the shuttle bus. The staff is gentle and helpful. The room was clean and the bed is comfortable. The most bothering me was the noise in the morning because people walked pass my room and near the elevator. That noise woke me up and I was very tired after sitting on the plane for 15 hours and tired. I would have had sleep longer if the room is sound proof . The breakfast was just okay. I went down for BF around 9:30 and foods almost finished.

Good: 1.Property is reasonably maintained and close to the airport. 2. Free shuttle to and from the hotel for overnight transit passengers is worth the trouble. Maybe reconsider this hotel if you have issues similar to mine below: A. They did not respond to my request for information on how to find the free shuttle at the airport on Expedia messages. I had to search around and wasted about an hour before I found the place -- between exit #4 and #3. B. if you carry US dollars - The staff will not accept US dollars, even if there is a slight crumple in the notes. Perhaps, if you printed the notes and gave them the brand shiny new notes they would gladly accept? Not that I am recommending anything illegal by saying print the notes...just expressing my frustration on the staff behavior.

The rooms were gross and could use a refresh. The lobby felt dirty and hostile. Overall felt over priced for the quality
