The rooms are fabulous. HOWEVER: To get the in and out of the hotel you have to enter via a very busy/chaotic shopping center full of crowds. This becomes an issue when you try and exit a vehicle. With people trying to rush you so their car can move, as the turning circle is extremely tight and small for a shopping center of this size. When trying to leave the hotel, you have to wait in a large crowd of people until its time for your car/taxi to arrive. To once again be rushed at to move along. For a 5 star hotel this is a big let down and extremely disappointing.

Everything was good except gym was in maintenance

The Holy Grail in HCM is a quiet room and Fusion Original delivered so well, thanks to its great location above Saigon Centre Mall. It's not the most atmospheric hotel entrance but the rooms are delightfully styled, beds super comfortable and rooftop pool a great spot to check out city views while cooling down. We loved the little pantry on each floor with its fruit and sweet snacks and coffee/tea station. Meant I could start the day with a cup of tea :-). We would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay there again when we return to HCM.

Great location. You won’t regret it

Overall we had a pleasant stay. The location is centrally located to everything. It’s also conveniently located inside of a mall so we had access to all the restaurants and shops within steps of walking outside the hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful with all our needs. There were several issues I would complain about. Upon checking in, the drain in our shower was clogged but that was quickly fixed once it was brought to their attention. There was a lot of ceiling plaster that fell on the ground next to our bed. Luckily it wasn’t directly over our bed. Also, I felt the AC in the room always had a humidity or wetness in the air so I always felt sticky. Lastly, some items at the breakfast buffet could be improved. The lemon pancakes I ordered from the menu were stale and tasted like cardboard. The fried rice and noodles were overcooked and tasted dry. The beef stew and curry was never steaming hot.

We got a 2 bedroom suite, and it was perfect for our family of 4 with pre teens. We were on the 21st floor with a beautiful view of the city. We loved that the hotel was inside the Saigon Centre mall because it was pouring rain most of the time we were there. We just ate inside, walked the mall and shopped, enjoyed the air condition, hopped over quickly to Saigon Square for budget shopping, and tried to make the most of our days. The rooms were clean and well maintained, the bathrooms were clean, the living room area was perfect, there was plenty of space, and the staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Amazing rooftop pool. Rooms were super clean and spacious. It is well located, but within a mall.
