Stayed two nights. The hotel is ok, expensive for what it is. Spent 10 days in Ireland and this hotel had the worst shower water pressure of all the hotels. The mini fridge was broken. We called the desk. They said it was a “cooler” and would send someone in the morning. It was never fixed and never addressed. Room faced the street and was quite noisy even with the double window closed.

From check in until check out always friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were spotless. We parked in the garage and walked everywhere around Galway. What a perfect spot on the edge of the downtown areas. Big comfortable beds, great shower pressure. I would recommend this as a great Galway hotel.

Hotel was nice and we liked the location. Housekeeping wasn’t great … they did bare minimum and sometimes didn’t even do that. Staff was friendly but not very helpful. You needed your room key after going through the lobby to access the area where the rooms were. The problem is that the system did not work properly and everyone had a problem with it, often requiring the desk staff to assist. Despite these issues I would stay here again for the location

This is a really nice Hotel in a great location just a short walk into the centre of Galway. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.
