Rooms and hotel are good, but I have made already pre booking on hotel.com by choosing payment at property option, upon reaching in hotel they charge different price what are mentioned in booking which is more, that time I had no choice except to stay

I have stayed in this hotel many times over the last 25 years It’s still a lovely property and a nice place to stay, But unfortunately a number of its wonderful facilities are now no longer available. The Amazing 25 m lap pool is now closed and the superb cocktail bar with city views is also now closed. I am wondering if Okura maybe considering exiting this property ???

Friendly and well-staffed hotel. Lovely music theme carries through decor from elevator doors to carpeting. Well appointed rooms with nespresso and many other amenities. Excellent and varied breakfast buffet featuring many different cuisines as well as local fare. Highly recomment

The room was spacious and clean. Furnishings are dated. There is no elevator security, so anyone can travel the elevators. Breakfast buffet was decent. We stayed 3 nights. We came for the musical instrument museum .

For business

I have stayed here multiple times and it’s a Very good location and big rooms in premium categories. Good choices for breakfast also. Only complaint is the lack of a gym and health club facility. In today’s day and age this is a must. There is enough space and it will elevate the guest experience. May be on chargeable basis but option is must.
