Great
The property was great. The only issue we had was the battery tired in the keyless entry and we had to use the key so the cleaning people had no access to give us fresh towels.

Great
The cabin was cute and comfortable. It is about 10 miles from Bryce Canyon. There are no amenities and not much else to do in the town but it was fine for our two day stay. There is a small grocery store and restaurant across the street and the people were very friendly. I would stay there again.

The cabin was clean and was very comfortable. Check in process was very efficient with just using the key pad. Great stay! We would definitely stay there again.

Cute cabin, slept well, nice location, staff unresponsive to me and hotels.com for 48 hours, but managed to send me two emails inviting me to stay at other properties. Floor in front of sink was wet. Cleaning staff said they had same problem in another cabin. Door guard on bottom of door was broken and 3/4 of bottom of door was exposed so critters could have slithered in if they so choose. Light shone in the next morning bright and early. We had asked to cancel and a simple no would have worked instead of making up excuses and giving untrue info to hotels.com.

It is a unique concept with the individual cottages. They just need some TLC. The rug looked dirty with many stains and there was obvious dust on some surfaces. Also we thought the cottages were within the park but that was our error. The area, Tropic, is very nice with many little restaurants and a great coffee shop so we did enjoy the location.

It’s okay for a one night stay. I went to Bryce Canyon and then toward Salt Lake City. I don’t require too much because it’s just a stop in our long drive trip. Cleanliness is not bad. We had no problem with sleeping on that bed. The issue is the sofa, I never touched it. Other issue is hot water, it turned cold before second people finishing shower. Besides table and chairs are unstable, need to be fixed. The cabins are in a very tiny town, not many food choices. The worth part is you can look upon the night sky and stars are as clear as you could imagine, we saw the Milky Way , it’s beautiful.

Understand there are LOTS of these "Cabin" accommodations in this area. Rates are also high in many places. We stayed in a VERY similar Cabin accommodation in the Torrey UT area that was less expensive and in better shape. Ruby's seems to be the HUB of activity and is also a BW property. Don't know rates as we were looking for something a bit different during a 4 week trip. Would I stay there again? Knowing the alternatives, probably not.
