フロントのスタッフに笑顔がなく、事務的。どちらかというと感じ悪いと思った。 今回送迎バスを利用させてもらいましたが、目的地[5~6分]ストレートに行ける人と、行けない人がいる事に驚いた。 レストランのスタッフはみんな感じが良く、楽しく食事が出来た。 ワンチャン達とのレストランでの出会いは楽しかったです。 [私は79歳、2､4キロのトイプーとの旅でした]

We decided to come even if we don’t have a dog, but this was not a problem. Of course, you have to like dogs, because most people come with their dogs. But everyone is very respectful. The staff is always helpful and adorable. The bedroom was wide, clean and the view on the ocean is beautiful. The dinner & the breakfast were delicious, a mix of fish, meat, veggies… We stayed 2 nights and we were positively surprised that they made an effort to serve us a few different dishes for our second dinner and breakfast. Onsen is small but very nice and comfortable. Perfect after a long day around in Toba or the islands around. We loved our stay very much! Thank you!

施設は古いけれど、綺麗に清掃してありました。 食事が２部制なので、食事開始時間のEV待ちの時間が長かったです。 みんな食事会場にカートで向かうので、もう少し時間をずらしても良いのかなと思いました。 添い寝ができるのがとてもありがたいのですが、ベッドが高すぎてわんこが落ちないか心配で、夜中何度も目が覚めてしまいました。 あと、上の階の音がダイレクトにここえるので、騒がしくて落ち着きませんでした。

Solo stay

建物自体は古いので設備などは昭和の香りがしましたが、メンテナンスや清掃は行き届いていたので過ごしやすい環境が整っていました。 とにかく、ワンちゃんファーストなので、何も気をつかうことがなく、私も愛犬もストレスを感じずに幸せ気分になれました。 スタッフさんは皆親切で、優しい時間が流れてたホテルです。 お食事も丁寧に作られていて、とても美味しかったです。 うちのワンちゃんは、ワンバーグ何お気に入りでした。

設備は古いですけど、スタッフさんはみんないい笑顔、優しいです。ワンちゃん一緒に泊まれるホテルは面白いです。ワンちゃん好きの方にもおすすめです。 食事付きプランだったら、食事時間あんまり選べないし、エレベーターも行列です。ここはちょっと改善してほしいですね。 駐車場は土曜に混んでます。
