Cannot say enough great things about my stay! It was my first international trip and I wanted to stay in a less crowded area by Busan and wow! Every staff member was so helpful and the nicest people I ever met! The language barrier didn’t get in the way at all and the room was amazing. Heated floors, super clean room (and cleaned daily!!), the shower was heavenly and bed was so comfortable. I literally didn’t want to go home!! Special thank you to the front desk who helped me call to book an appointment, my language skill got me by but not enough to book and my temporary sim card wouldn’t let me make calls. 10/10 stay and I would recommend this hotel for anyone. Rooms were super quiet, I loved the mountain views and street was lively! Super safe area and I had 0 issues. I appreciate everyone there <3

it is a great place to relax, just thought that theres a pool for everyone who check in ,but unfortunately theres only a room with a pool they called it party room. but over all it was a great amazing place

The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The only thing is that the refrigerator in the room needed repairing. The seal of the fridge was broken so drinks would not be cold. Everything else was great.
