FantasticSolo stay
This three star hotel deserves five stars! What a fantastic stay! Staff was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful. The location was perfect. My room was amazing. Highly recommend.
Shut out the housekeeping: Burce, Nuray and Gǔlay. Also to the front desk who went above and beyond for anything and everything I needed: Fatih, Azad and Meltem.

FantasticStayed with family · For friends and family
Good hotel, the only suggestion I would give is to have the ability to lock the windows fully, windows without any grill that open fully are a risk to children. But otherwise the hotel is well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful, they have good local knowledge.

Below averageStayed with kids · For leisure
The elevator barely fits two people, no space for luggage, rude and mean staff. I booked a room for four, I wasn’t provided a blanket and said they are short staffed and can’t bring the blanket and I fact there are no extra ones. I said I didn’t ask for extra, I booked for four proper and the sofa bed has no blanket. A guest came to meet me and he was treated rudely and told to leave with one hour. If there were less then a zero star, I’dve give that.
No exhaust in the bathroom, the room stinks.
