The room was very adequate and clean. Its not the Ritz, but I didn't pay for the Ritz. I paid a fair price and got what I paid for.

It may be dated but the rooms are clean and tidy. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. The staff are brilliant. So helpful and very friendly. I had a brilliant stay. Thank you

Very pleasantly surprised by the refurbished room, new carpet and fittings, the amenities are good, staff are kind and helpful, plenty of parking outside our room, so near to Newmarket shopping centre and mall, it's walking distance.

The studio room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The street was quiet at night. We could park right outside the room. It was a good location for getting to an event at Eden Park as it was an easy walk to Newmarket train station. Easy to check in and check out.
