Only 1 pillow has cover, the rest have none. Aircon remote not working. I requested a fresh towel from the front desk twice but to no avail so I just got fresh towel from the room attendant who was courteous.

This property has 6 floors and probably 100 rooms. Yet, there is only like 3 WiFi routers in the whole building. Unless you are on the first floor, 3rd floor, or 6th floor, and happen to be right next to the elevator, you will have very poor signal. I asked to be moved, to a cheaper room closer to the WiFi and was not accomodated. Also, aircon in my room had a broken remote. It was stuck at 26 celcius. Pretty much barely better than a fan. TV also didn't work properly. I asked to be moved, and they did not accommodate.
