京都駅から山科駅までは一駅で近く、アクセス自体はとても良かったです。 どこかで「5分」という表記を見た記憶があり、山科駅から徒歩5分だと思い込んでいましたが、実際に徒歩ルートで行くと約40分かかりました。夜遅く、暗くて細い道を歩くことになり、そこはかなり大変でした。 周辺については「何もない」とのクチコミも見ていましたが、山科駅前はお店も多く、思ったより賑やかで安心しました。ホテル周辺は何もないです。 ホテルの外観はラブホテルです、好みが分かれると思います。 料金が安いので、その点は納得しています。普通の旅行で来られる人が多い感じです。 部屋の中は普通のベッドと普通のお風呂で、特に問題はありませんでしたが、トイレはかなり狭かったです。 また、部屋には少し気になる備品が置かれていました。 それがなければ、子どもを連れてきても大丈夫なレベルだと思います。窓も２重窓で窓を開ければ東向きで明るく清潔感がありました。 総合的には「安く泊まれる」という点が最大のメリットで、価格を考えれば十分満足できる宿でした。

普通のホテルではないことを明示すべし。 周囲（歩いて行ける範囲）には店舗がほとんどなく、唯一あるのはチェーン店のうどん屋1件のみ。 部屋は広く、清潔である点はよい。近くで飲食をしたい人には不向き。

Property is for short-time motel. Not family friendly. It has a dildo vending machine in the room. A vibrator at the headboard. I am surprised that Expedia have this on their list. We were so disappointed and embarrassed.

Adult only hotel means a love hotel, didn’t know upon booking but rocked up and realised. Wasn’t too bad for the price but would prefer if the room was cleaned daily and if staff made more effort to engage with guests.

This hotel was nothing like the pictures or advertised facilities, room was filthy and had questionable stains, room smelt of cigarettes and smoke, felt unsafe in the room and area, was not happy at all

Overall stay was good only complaint is the bed was not very comfortable. Staff was helpful especially when trying to get a taxi.
