Nice hotel but a bit dated. Good for 1 night. Nice location close to the canal and shopping area. Friendly staff.

Nice hotel, easy walk from train station and close to Bikan historic area. Seventh floor corner room was spacious and had a good view and opening windows. Good coin-operated laundry facilities. No on-site dining but other options very close

FantasticStayed with family
We didn't have any breakfast so I can't speak to that, but the rooms are nice. The ones on the north side are nice and big, particularly by Japanese standards. The staff is great as is the location.

Biggest bedroom in japan for this trip… especially for japan. There’s no front desk and check in is thru online registration. . I was abit early for my check in but they did let me check in a little earlier. Located right outside the Bikan Historical area, hotel is convenient and comfortable

Room and hotel was clean
Staff was friendly and helpful.
You neef to order breakfast the day before, keep in mind that it is just a sandwich in a box. We did not have our breakfast at the hotel, so, i don't know if it is good or not.
We did not drive so we didn't need parking however. It is right bext door not sure of the cost.

While I found out that they stopped providing afternoon tea that is still posted on their website, the location is excellent, only 3 minutes away from the charming Bikam district, where you can enjoy the Japanese traditional houses and river side where any generation can find something to enjoy.

GreatStayed with family · For friends and family
I found the staff friendly and professional. Currently they are working on the maintenance of the building exterior. As such, it was covered by a maintenance net. I did not try their breakfast since it ends at 9AM that is away too early but other than that, it is a good business hotel for a solo traveler who just needs some place to stay.

Below averageStayed with family · For friends and family
The room: AC was not working during our stay, but the room gets pretty warm, so opening windows or using the fan becomes very important.
Pillows do not allow for anyone but side sleepers to use easily. They are very very dense and hard to use for any other position without hurting one’s neck. This was probably my main issue with the room.
Facility: Location is OK, or great for old town if that’s a draw for you. Not very close to the station but under 15m walk. The facility had no spoons for use (not actually a big deal, but weird). The AC being unavailable is temporary hopefully. It was unclear when that will be available. Vending machines said they’d accept ¥500 coin but wouldn’t (this may be due to not having change).
I would give about 2.5 stars if that were possible. It wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed but I’d never recommend it to a friend.

Good The hotel is ok and this review could have been 4 stars. I’m downgrading it to 3 stars due to the unfriendly reception and check-in staff and also because the beds are kind of small.
