Room was small, but clean, and had a contemporary bathroom/shower and space to put toiletries and personal items. A luggage rack and closet space! Conveniently located near Atocha train station, park and major museums.

Exceptionally clean hotel. Central location to walk to the train station. Many restaurants within walking distance and our favorite - the botanical gard na across the street. This was the perfect hotel for us to spend 24 hours in Madrid.

Good breakfast, helpful staff really good location but one thing I would say is that I couldn’t find the entrance for the hotel for at least 5 minutes, it’s not very clear as I thought it was a restaurant not the hotel lobby, not signs or anything saying where the entrance was. The room was clean and the terrace was lovely, great view from the room, metro is about 5 minutes away from the hotel, good restaurants and pharmacy is up the road, Macdonalds is also as you step outside the hotel for a cheap and cheerful tea 😂 very good over all would come and stay again.

One of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept (or not slept) on for this class of hotel…or ever. More like sleeping on a trampoline…every move reverberates, waking your partner. Room also has too little storage and no room for luggage, certainly for two travelers. Balcony was nice for an afternoon read in the sun. Staff friendly, breakfast copious but one of the two coffee machines spewed cold milk or had no milk for capuchinos / lattes on multiple days. Have stayed in other NH hotels and they were much better than this one.
