《Parking Notice》

Hotel guests (one vehicle per room) and dining guests may enjoy free parking.

Our hotel parking lot has limited spaces and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

Reservations or space holding is not available. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

• Vehicle height limit: 190 cm

• Visitor parking rate: NTD 50 / per 60 minutes

《Hot Spring Room Maintenance Notice》

To enhance the quality of our services, the hot spring rooms will be temporarily closed for maintenance starting today.The reopening date will be announced once the maintenance is completed.We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your understanding and support.

《Disposable amenities are not provided 》

In response to government policy and to promote a sustainable tourism environment in our city, we encourage all guests to bring their own personal toiletries. Starting July 22, 2025, arTree Hotel will no longer provide or sell disposable amenities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower caps, razors, and combs. For your convenience, refillable bottles of shampoo and body wash are provided in all guest rooms. Let us work together toward zero carbon emissions and a greener planet.

《Hotel Floor Renovation Notice》

In order to provide high-quality accommodation and comfort, we will be conducting interior renovation work on select floors from 1 July 2026, to 1 November 2026, daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please be advised that noise may occur during this time.
