The receptionist was rude so the check in experience was bad. The room was too hot when I got there, took some time to get cooled down after turning on the Aircon. The cupboard were not clean as such.

My stay here was adequate and I had no problems except the balcony door would not stay shut even when locked. If you’re looking for a good over night’s stay close to the airport it’s a great deal!

Great
Great hotel overall. Very nice basic room. Clean, safe, with friendly staff. The internet is not dependable at all unfortunately though. If you are looking for a good value hotel near the airport, this is definitely a good choice. You could easily stay there and venture into the city by train; about a 30 minute trip.

The price was fine. Staff were great but the hotel location was out of the way and not what I had expected. My error not the fault of the hotel or the advertising.

Fantastic

Stayed with family

While this is not close enough to a Skytrain station to walk, the staff will get you a taxi and it is only about 55 baht there. We opted to take a taxi from the airport to our hotel and it was around 105 baht. Staff was so polite. They did everything they could to please us. Room was simple. Clean and they cleaned daily and left fresh towels. We would absolutely stay here again!
