We had a wonderful stay at Hanoi Brilliant Hotel & Spa and would definitely return. The location was excellent, with easy walks to markets, souvenir shops, restaurants, and stores selling beautiful handmade ceramics and artwork featuring local artists. It made exploring Hanoi very convenient. The staff were exceptional. We were warmly greeted every time we entered or left, and the porters were incredibly helpful with our luggage upon arrival and departure. Our two-bedroom suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with great A/C, city views, two showers, and a wine bar area stocked with snacks and drinks. The spa was a highlight of our trip. I enjoyed a two-hour foot massage and facial, while my daughter had a three-hour package including hair washing, a facial, and a full-body massage. The therapists were skilled, thorough, and attentive. We were welcomed with winter melon tea and snacks, and when my granddaughter fell in love with the chips, the concierge kindly gave her a bag to take with her. The lobby's koi fish and water features created a peaceful, zen-like atmosphere that made the hotel feel like a retreat in the middle of the city. The only area for improvement would be the Wi-Fi, which was occasionally weak. Otherwise, everything exceeded our expectations. The outstanding service, beautiful accommodations, relaxing spa, and thoughtful touches made this a memorable stay for our family. Highly recommended!

Hotel is very nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful, room is very spacious with everything you need inside, great value for the money, excellent location walk to everywhere easily around the old headquarter.

all good ... VALUE FOR MONEY as I paid 35$ per night makes it worth.. Bfast was value for money so dont expect it to be graet. aircon not worked properly

Booked the room but when arrived the staff tried to give me a lower end room and blamed on Expedia for the mess up. Once I persisted they gave me the room that I booked. Be careful if you're a foreigner.

We stayed here for two nights when first in Vietnam. We expected amazing things from the reviews, and unfortunately the place fell a little short of our expectations. We could not fault the staff at all, they were kind and supportive. The room however seemed tired and dark, the shower gel seemed watered down and we would often wake due to the noise of other people in the hotel. For the price you cannot fault the room, however we just expected more due to the glowing reviews.

Very dirty for the area of breakfast and staff does not want to work and no ready room when they emailed and promised that the room would be ready for the late time of my arrival

We got the deluxe double room with and indoor window. The room was cool, clean and very comfortable. The staff are super lovely and helpful, they provided us with umbrellas, let us store our bags for the day and gave us great local recommendations. The location is very central in the old quarter and we could walk to basically everywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely recommend.
